Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Please include your order number with the return
How to Return
Contact us at support@mygotohaven.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Refund amounts are determined based on the product condition upon return. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:
- Personal care items
- Intimate apparel
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
